Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your PPD Performance account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the unworn garments back into their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and labels remain attached and intact.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier service and keep your tracking number handy while we process your refund or replacement.
